In addition to our online store our shop in Gilbert carries a large inventory of parts and accessories. We also rent Atv's, side by sides and motorcycles. IROC has a full service repair facility as well. With the addition of our e-store you can experience our dedication to excellence and first class service no matter where you are.

Typographical Errors
In the event that a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Indian Ridge Off Road & Custom reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Indian Ridge Off Road & Custom reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Indian Ridge Off Road & Custom shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Refund and Returns Policy
Inventory that cost less the $10.00 are non-returnable and non-refundable.At this time Indian Ridge does not offer refunds, We will exchange items for another size,color or a similar item. If an appropriate size, color or a similar product cannot be located, Indian Ridge Off Road and Custom will provide store credit to the customer. Store credit has no expiration date, and can be used towards any product available at Indian Ridge Off Road and Custom. All exchange requests must be submitted by e-mail to returns@a2zatv.com for review and approval. Such requests must be made within 30 days of the original shipping date (as indicated on your invoice). Your e-mail must include your name, address, invoice number, product number and the date of your order. Once a product exchange request is approved, IROC will send you an e-mail with a Return Authorization Number and an attached return form. This form must be printed, filled out and returned with the item(s) you are exchanging. If you cannot print this form please call our customer service department @ (877)476-2981 we will mail the form to you. All items MUST be re-sellable and in new condition. All items must be returned the same way it was received. Exchanged products must be returned with all original packaging (I.e. Tags, hangers, plastic bag, etc.). You (the customer) will be responsible for any and all shipping charges associated with the exchange. Shipping charges are neither refundable nor creditable. All exchanges sent without prior authorization will be returned to the customer, and no exchange will be offered. Items approved for exchange must be received by Indian Ridge Off Road and Custom within thirty (30) business days of being issued a return authorization number, or the return will be refused, and no exchange will be issued. Exchanges are not subject to any handling or restocking fees.
Defects in quality or workmanship
All warranties are handled by the manufacturer or distributor of the item
Damaged or Missing Items
If you receive an item that is damaged in shipping, or your package becomes lost, you must contact UPs at 1-800-PICKUPs within 48 hours of delivery or estimated delivery date to file a damage claim for replacement. Once claims are finalized with the shipper, only then will Indian Ridge Off Road and Custom order and send out the replacement products.
Incorrect Item Received
Any shortages or incorrect items sent concerning your order must be communicated to Indian Ridge Off Road and Custom within three (3) business days of receiving the package or a correction may be refused. Indian Ridge Off Road and Custom will replace incorrect items and pay return shipping charges. Indian Ridge Off Road and Custom will reimburse Standard Ground shipping rates only.
